what's been happening?

many things!



got my helicopter, Esky LAMA V4. wonderful helicopter, learnt alot from it too, from an aeronautical standpoint. i actually got quite a good deal from it, $160; i saw it in hobby shops for $269 O_O. the manual is even more wonderful; direct translation from chinese to english.



"Basics of helicopter: Unlike refular airplanes with fixed wings, helicopters use rotating wings, called rotor blades. The rotor blades generate lift when they rotate, similar to propeller of airplane. The motor driven rotor blades also introduce twisting force to the fuselage."



hehehe thats actually one of the better parts. anyway, they call a USB cable a 'softdog', for what reason i dont know. well, now my helicopter is broken (the blades, i crashed too many times), including the spare blades are broken. so i've ordered replacement parts :)



apart from that, i've stopped working (since the day my mom passed away), been tuitioning my sister about 3 times a week. she has alot to catch up on :/



been spending some time with my LA too, and my inferior memory just stands out everytime i'm with her haha; i keep forgetting stuff she likes/doesnt like. eh, lousy boyfriend :P i think she has no choice but to stick with me though :D



let's see, i miss evan, i tried to cook sushi and failed horribly, i met up with ron (and brought LA along) to have american club lunch [oh praise God for blue cheese], passed mark my extra picooZ, used up all my 1 month's pay (in less than a month too!), and have so many big fancy ideas limited by my lack of money and singapore's pathetic pool of resource for creativity.



i mean, does ANYONE know where to get wood?! for carpentry or just making a simple photo frame?! at consumer levels! i dont want to buy a forest just to make a photo frame :(



i consumed some books, mostly christian; (spent money there too, christian authors are soooo expensive,) learnt a bit of greek (i cant seem to put sentences together though), attended one class of systematic theology, got my phone repaired, scouted for computer prices...



and i fall deeper in love with my LA everyday :)



the library still bores me; and even the library thinks its boring.
